Students are entitled to learn programming basics, how to design user interfaces, and develop prototype apps with assistance from Google, New York. The final project will be presented before the judges and venture capitalists. A winning team’s app is then developed by professionals taking student’s input and will be introduced to Android Market. Mobile App Development-Scope beyond Predictions

While Facebook joining hands with Snaptu-Israel based company that develops apps for feature phones as well as smart phones-we have development going on for feature phones as well. That means bigger mobile market. Facebook will pay Snaptu about $60-$70 million and Snaptu would be working as part of Facebook team. Recent news revealed that Facebook and Snaptu will, together, bring out simple apps for features phones with no smart phone functionality but mobile internet connectivity and allow installation of Java ME or BREW based apps.
